  Houses.
We Keep a varied range of house kits in stock to suit most tastes and budgets, and are able to order others within a few days.
Due to limited display space, we are only able to have a few built houses on display at any one time, but we can offer a building service, at reasonable cost, if you do not feel able to put a kit together yourself.  This service can be extended to cover interior decorating and lighting if you would like your houseready to move into’.

For those with ambitions to run their own mini-business, we can offer a selection of shop units and even public houses.  A complementary range of shop and bar fittings is available, along with items to stock your new business, whether it be a butchers, bakers, dress shop or florist etc.

Youngsters are not forgotten, and we have a range of houses designed to appeal to children and suitable for ages 3+.  The Junior range of furniture matches these houses and can be purchased at the same time at a discount.

If you would prefer to build your own, rather than putting together a kit house, then we have a selection of plans and a few books in stock.  The plans are available in 1/12th and 1/16th scale and again cover a selection of house styles including Georgian, Victorian and mock-Tudor.  We also have a range of windows and doors (in wood and plastic), mouldings, stair cases, spindles etc to make the fiddly jobs a bit easier.  However, unless you have at least a little woodworking experience, it is easier to start with a complete kit - and by the time you ad up the cost of the wood, windows etc. the costs of both are fairly comparable.

Furniture.
Available in mahogany, walnut, oak, pine and painted.  You can purchase individual items of furniture or buy a room set, which usually works out cheaper.  Like anything, ‘you get what you pay for’ and the better quality furniture is a little more expensive, but worth it if you are creating an heirloom rather than a toy to be played with. If the house is intended for youngsters then you are much better off with the junior furniture - it may look chunky, but does avoid the inevitable disappointment of broken furniture.
